OMWU warmly welcomes the initiative led by Mr. Abdullahi Ali Watin, DC and Mayor of Baidoa , in providing training to nearly 50 youths from the local government. These trained individuals will now serve as integral members of the local government health department, catering to the needs of all Baidoa suburbs. The commitment of the District Governor to further employ youths underscores the government’s dedication to job creation and community development. With the implementation plan for urban youth job creation underway, these newly employed youths are now valued members of both Baidoa municipal and SOMWU, marking a significant step forward in their professional journey since the training began on October 8, 2023.
